Why match visitors to open slots?+
Each Town building only accepts visitors until its slots are full. Sending more visitors than you have open slots wastes capacity that could have gone to another building.
Why no 80-material limit here?+
Visitors aren't bought from the newspaper, so the 80-material-per-24-hour cap doesn't apply. It only affects upgrade materials like Bolts, Nails, and Bricks.
